By downloading, installing, or using Main Stayge ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Main Stayge. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users in certain regions may be subject to higher minimum age requirements under local law.
You retain ownership of content you create and share on Main Stayge. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you post.

Main Stayge uses a virtual coin system for gifting performers. Coins are purchased with real money and are non-refundable except where required by law. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash by users (only creators may request payouts through our payout program). Unused coins may expire if your account is inactive for more than 12 months.
Eligible creators may request withdrawal of earned coin revenue through our payout program. Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds, identity verification, and our payout policies. We reserve the right to withhold payouts if we reasonably suspect fraud or policy violations.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
The Main Stayge name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and content created by us are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Main Stayge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the data deletion page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
