Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Main Stayge account and all associated data using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — In-App (Fastest)

Open the Main Stayge app → go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account and all data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email Request

Send an email to support@mainstayge.com with the subject line Delete My Account. Include the username or email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile (username, handle, email, avatar)
• All posts and stage recordings you created
• Chat messages and direct messages
• Virtual coin balance and transaction history
• Social login connections (Google, Facebook, X)

What May Be Retained

• Anonymized aggregate analytics (no personal identifiers)
• Records required by law for up to 7 years
